“I have been out of Compass a year and my pillow is still wet from crying myself to sleep dealing with the complex I moved to in Rockledge to be closer to work on Merritt Island. The leasing office staff was nothing short of amazing. From the day I went to look at apartments initially up until the point I moved I always felt like they appreciated me living there and cared about the people they are providing homes for. The complex was always quiet and practically every neighbor in my building was always friendly and looking out for each other. The maintenance team was always on top of things, and there was never an issue with bugs or pests. And I got a lot of use out of the property gym facility. And I absolutely miss that covered parking! Compass is a great place to live.”

“Compass is a nice place to live. It’s quiet and the staff are friendly and try their hardest to make repairs whatever they may be. Karen is so wonderful. She’s always pleasant and does a great job. She has so many apartments to oversee. She takes the time to listen even if it’s not apartment related. Augustine and Manuel the maintenance guys have so many apartments to take care of and there are only two of them. They are always kind and helpful when there is a problem that needs attention. I want to thank them for getting my place in great condition. This complex is older so they definitely have their fair share of issues but they are always addressed in an effective manner. Thank you to all of you. Valerie 1005 I would like to add Nancy to my review. She also has always been helpful and is always happy and willing to listen to whatever it may be. Sorry Nancy. When we originally toured the property it was Traci who showed us around and we fell in love with her vibrant personality. I was so glad to see her come back from the other property, Traci truly cares about the residents and any complaints we have had and brought to her attention had been dealt with swiftly.”
